If the product you ordered doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit you, or arrives damaged or defective, you can handle everything quickly and easily through our online return system.
Options
After entering your email address and order number, you can choose one of the following options for each product in your order:
• Size exchange
• Exchange for a different product
• Return and refund
• Complaint (for damaged or defective items)
Deadlines
• Returns and exchanges: within 30 days of delivery
• Complaints: please submit your complaint through the form within 30 days of delivery. For complaints submitted after this period, please contact us directly by email.
Return Conditions
Returned items must be:
• Unworn
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• In their original condition
How It Works
- Enter your email address and order number in the form on this page.
- Select the appropriate option for each item (size exchange, product exchange, return, or complaint).
- Follow the instructions provided by the return system.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original order:
• Card payments will be refunded to the same card.
• PayPal payments will be refunded to the same PayPal account.
• Bank transfer payments will be refunded to the same bank account.
If there is a price difference during an exchange, it will be settled either through an additional payment or a partial refund, depending on the value of the new item.
Important
Please do not send any items as cash on delivery (COD). We do not accept COD shipments.
