Exchange of the goods

The size or fit didn’t work for you, or you simply want to exchange or return the goods? Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after you receive the goods. The clothing must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as when you received it. We only replace items that are still available on our website. If your item is no longer available, you may choose another product from the same price category.

Instructions

• Print and fill out the return form
• Pack the purchased goods securely to avoid damage. Attach the receipt and the completed return form.
• In the return form, specify the item you wish to exchange, or the desired size.
• Send the package to the following address: Lukáš Jašurek, Raková 251, 02351 Raková, Slovakia.
• Once we receive the undamaged package, we will send you the replacement product, size, or refund your order according to the return form.

Please note: Do not send goods by COD (Cash on Delivery).
