If the product you ordered doesn’t fit, doesn’t suit you, or is defective, you can handle everything quickly and easily through our online return system.
Options
After entering your email address and order number, you can choose one of the following options for each product in your order:
- Size change
- Exchange for a different product
- Return and refund
- Complaint (in case of damage or defect)
Deadlines
- Returns and exchanges: within 30 days of delivery
- Complaints: within 30 days via the form; after 30 days, contact us individually by email
Return conditions
The product must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition
How it works
- Enter your email address and order number into the form on this page
- Choose the appropriate option for each item (size change, exchange, return, complaint)
Refunds
The refund will be issued using the same payment method you used when placing your order:
- If you paid by card, the refund will be issued to the same card
- If you used PayPal, the refund will go to your PayPal account
- If you paid by bank transfer, the refund will be sent to the same bank account
If there is a price difference during an exchange, it will need to be settled — either by an additional payment or a partial refund, depending on whether the new item is more or less expensive.
Note: Please do not send any items as cash on delivery (COD). We do not accept such shipments.
