2. ORDERING

2.1 Goods can be ordered by the buyer in the following way:

  • Through the shopping cart on the vendor’s website.

2.2 By placing an order, the buyer agrees to accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.

2.3 The seller will confirm the order within 24 hours via email and inform the buyer about product availability and the estimated delivery date. All confirmed orders are binding.

2.4 The seller commits to delivering the correct type and quantity of goods at the agreed price according to the order.

2.5 The buyer may cancel the order within 24 hours of placing it without providing a reason. The cancellation can be done via phone or email. After verifying the cancellation, the seller will confirm it by email or phone. If payment has already been made, the seller will refund the amount to the buyer’s bank account or another agreed method.

2.6 The seller reserves the right to cancel the order if the requested goods are unavailable. In such cases, the seller will immediately refund the full amount paid or offer alternative products or solutions, subject to the buyer’s agreement. The seller may also cancel the order if the buyer cannot be contacted (e.g., incorrect or unreachable contact details).


3. PRICES

3.1 The seller is not a VAT payer.

3.2 The total price of the order includes the cost of transportation, depending on the chosen delivery method. Packaging costs are included in the transportation price.


4. PAYMENT

4.1 Payment for goods can be made using one of the following methods:

  • Cash on delivery (only Slovakia)
  • Credit card (Stripe)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer

After placing the order, an automatically generated email will be sent to the buyer with all payment details, including the account number, variable symbol, and total amount. Once the payment is received, the seller will confirm it via email and inform the buyer about the shipment date.

4.2 Payments are accepted only in EUR.

4.3 The seller will send the invoice to the buyer via email.


5. DELIVERY TERMS

5.1 Goods are typically delivered within 7 business days from order confirmation. The maximum delivery time is 14 days, unless otherwise agreed with the buyer.

5.2 Goods will be dispatched immediately after order confirmation and fulfillment of all conditions for shipment.


6. DELIVERY OF GOODS

6.1 The seller provides transportation of goods through the delivery methods selected by the buyer during the order process:

  • Courier service.
  • Slovak Post.
  • Packeta (delivery points).

6.2 The place of delivery is determined based on the buyer’s order. Delivery is considered complete when the goods are delivered to the specified location.

6.3 Goods are adequately packed and secured. The buyer is obliged to inspect the package upon receipt.

6.4 The seller is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. The carrier is fully responsible for any damages incurred during transport. The seller will replace damaged goods after the carrier compensates for the damage.


7. ORDER CANCELLATION AND RETURNS

7.1 The buyer has the legal right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.

7.2 Returned goods must be:

  • Undamaged.
  • Complete (including all accessories and documentation).
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or invoice).

7.3 If the buyer decides to return the goods, they must:

  • Contact the seller to request a return, providing the order number, purchase date, and bank account details for a refund.
  • Send the goods back to the seller’s address. It is recommended to use registered and insured shipping to prevent loss or damage during transport (the seller is not responsible for damage or loss during transport).

7.4 Upon receiving the returned goods and verifying compliance with the return conditions, the seller will:

  • Accept the returned goods.
  • Refund the buyer the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) within 15 days. Shipping costs will only be refunded if the buyer returns the goods immediately upon delivery.

7.5 If the buyer does not meet the return conditions, the seller reserves the right to refuse the return and return the goods at the buyer’s expense.


8. WARRANTIES AND CLAIMS

8.1 Claims are handled in accordance with the warranty conditions of the specific goods, the Commercial Code, and applicable laws.

8.2 The warranty period for all goods is 12 months. Proof of purchase (e.g., email invoice) is required to make a claim.

8.3 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.

8.4 The buyer must send claimed goods clean, undamaged, and with a description of the defect. Proof of purchase must also be included.
