By placing an order through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Orders can be placed through the shopping cart on our website.
After submitting an order, the customer will receive an automatic order confirmation by email.
A purchase contract is concluded once the order has been accepted and confirmed by Wolfpack Clothing.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
• Product unavailability
• Incorrect pricing due to technical errors
• Errors in product descriptions, stock availability, or other website information
• Suspected fraudulent activity
• Inability to contact the customer regarding important order information
If payment has already been received for a cancelled order, the full amount will be refunded.
All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR (€).
The final order price will be displayed before the order is completed and includes all applicable charges except shipping costs, which are calculated separately during checkout.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, product information errors, and stock availability errors without prior notice.

Some products may be offered as pre-orders.
Products marked as pre-order will be shipped on or after the estimated shipping date stated on the product page.
If an order contains both pre-order and in-stock products, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available, unless otherwise stated.
Estimated shipping dates for pre-order products are subject to change.
Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, handling fees, or other local charges imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers may return or exchange products within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Refund Policy.
Returned products must be:

• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• In their original condition

When returning products, customers will receive a refund for the value of the returned items. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
