Exchange of the goods

The size or the cut didn't fit you, or you just want to exchange / return the goods? The return and exchange are possible within 14 days after you took over the goods. The clothing must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. We only replace items that are still available on this website. If your item is not available anymore, you are able to get a different item from the same price category.

Instructions:

• Print and fill in the return form.
• Then pack the purchased goods, so they can't get damaged. Also attach the bill and filled return form.
• In the return form specify for which goods you want to exchange the given product, possibly for what size.
• Send the package to our address: Lukáš Jašurek, Raková 251, 02351 Raková.
• After we receive the undamaged package, according to your return form we will send you back a different product, size or we will send you back the money for the order.
• Do not send the goods on COD (cash on delivery).
